Driver & Owner Operator
All drivers must be between the age 23 and 65 yrs old having al least 2 yrs driving experience unless you have been through a driving school and have a verifiable certificate from an accredited school. All drivers must have a Class A CDL licence and no more than 6 point on your driving record
Any Company Driver or Owner Operator can’t let anybody unauthorized person drive company or owner operators truck, because all drivers needs complete all the proper documents, including drugs test, before start driving for company hired them. If the any company or owner operator lets unauthorized person drive truck, without companies ok, they will be immediately terminated, and if the any accident or claim occur, company will not be responsible any charges, Driver and owner operator will be responsible for charges. This company Policy letter will be given to driver and owner operator, upon getting hired, singed by company for them to drive over the road, with their name and signature per each person, If any owner operator or company, lets someone else drive truck without company authorization will be fined. Daily Check call from 8:00am to 4:00pm with hwy and name of city. If a check call is not made a fine may be assessed.

No illegal substance including weapons (drugs, or alcoholic beverages) allowed in tractor or trailer.

All log books will be maintained by the driver and kept up to date or line will be imposed on driver or O/O.

Drivers put out service for log book violations are subject to fifty dollar ($50.00) fine.

Driver and Owner Operators put out of service because of faulty equipment and have not turned in an equipment inspection reports are subject to a fine, we will generally give you fine upto to two times, upon third out of service violation, you will be termination. Any Driver or Owner/Operator having a level 1 inspection and passing will receive a fifty dollar ($50.00) bonus from the Company.

All documents must be turned in prior to getting paid. All documents to include log books, bill of billing, lumper receipts, fuel tickets, scale tickets, toll receipts and maintenance or repair tickets. Staple all receipts together.

All log books must be turned in every 8 days.

All monthly maintenance report is to be turned in at end of each month .

Keep a camera in the truck in case of an accident or there is problem or damage to a load so there can be a picture taken for documentation.

If over paid it is your responsibility to turn the overpayment to the company.

Drivers and O/O always make a wide turn. If you cannot make a wide turn call the company and advise them. If you hit a curb and tear up a tire or rim on a company tractor or rented trailer it will be deducted from your pay check or settlement.

If you are late for your appointment due to anything other that road conditions, weather or documented equipment failure you will be subject to a fine. If there is a penalty accessed by the broker the penalty will be passed onto driver or owner operator.

If a driver or O/O borrows money from the company there will be nominal interest fee applied to the loan.

If a driver is responsible for the $2500.00 deductible of the insurance where the driver is found to be at fault.

A lock is to be placed on the trailer rear door at all time when empty or loaded
